With wget you can mirror websites for offline usage. The easiest way is to use wget with -mkxKE parameters. Where -m stands for mirror, -k for convert links, -x force directories, -K for converting file names, -E for save files with proper extentions.
wget -mkxKE -e robots=off https://www.markict.nl
